What a corporate chair massage day looks like

Pick a date and a session length. Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable. Around Employee Appreciation Day in March, and in November and December, allow three to four weeks.

We size the team. One therapist sees about six people an hour at 10 minutes, four at 15 minutes or three at 20 minutes.

Your team signs up for time slots, or walks up at a busy event. Sign-ups mean everyone gets a turn.

We arrive early, set up in about 5x5 ft per chair and start on time. Sessions are fully clothed in a professional massage chair.

Corporate chair massage pricing
Pricing is per person and all-inclusive: $35 for a 10 minute session, $50 for 15 minutes and $62 for 20 minutes. That covers licensed therapists, massage chairs, disposable face cradles, aromatherapy and music. Events book a minimum of two therapists for three hours. For example, two therapists over three hours see about 24 employees at 15 minutes each, which comes to about $1,200.

How many therapists do we need?
Divide your headcount by how many people one therapist can see in your event window: about six an hour at 10 minutes, four at 15 minutes or three at 20 minutes. For example, 48 employees over three hours at 15 minutes need four therapists.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Allow three to four weeks around Employee Appreciation Day in March and in November and December.
How much space does it take?
About 5x5 ft per chair in a quiet room or a corner of a larger space. We adapt to your venue.
Do employees need to change clothes?
No. Sessions are fully clothed in a professional massage chair, so people can go straight back to work.
