At Nurture Chair Massage, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and to fairly support our licensed massage therapists, we ask that all event changes or cancellations follow the guidelines below:
Standard Cancellation

Notice Required: We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or significant changes (such as reducing total service hours or number of therapists).

Late Cancellations: Events canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the original invoice.

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full (100%).
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can arise. In the case of severe weather, natural disasters, or documented emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. Please notify us as soon as possible in these situations.No-Show Policy
If our team arrives and the event is canceled on-site, or if the venue is not accessible or ready for setup, the full service fee will apply.Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule your event with no penalty if notified more than 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours is treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.Deposits
A deposit may be required for large events or new clients. Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled within 72 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.-
Please note: All event bookings require a minimum of two therapists for at least three hours.
A $25 travel fee applies for events located more than 25 miles from Auburn, CA.
