  • You can choose from 10-, 15-, or 20-minute sessions per person.
    We’ve found that 15 minutes is the sweet spot — long enough to melt stress without interrupting the day. For larger groups or shorter events, we can adjust the timing to fit your needs.

  • We’ll help you figure out the right number of therapists based on your event length and group size. Please visit our Pricing page.

  • Very little! We bring all the equipment — massage chairs, supplies, music, and more.
    All we need from you is a quiet space (about 5×5 ft per chair), like a breakroom, conference room, or classroom. We’ll handle setup and teardown, too.

  • Yes! All of our therapists are licensed massage professionals with liability insurance.
    They’re hand-selected for their skill, professionalism, and ability to provide a calm, restorative experience in workplace and school settings.

  • We include a suggested 18–20% gratuity on the final invoice for convenience — but you’re welcome to adjust it.
    That way, there’s no need to handle cash tips on-site and your team can just relax and enjoy.
